Payment Processing
- Fees are billed in advance
- Prices may change with notice
- Access may be suspended for failed payments
- We do not store credit/debit card details — payments are processed securely via third-party providers
Payment Confirmation
Customers will receive a payment confirmation email within 24 hours after a successful transaction. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us at support@wayondplus.com for assistance.
7. Refund Policy
All services and products offered by us are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products are delivered immediately upon access
- Membership access begins instantly
- Educational content cannot be returned once accessed
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate billing or technical payment errors. Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, graphics, branding, dashboards, course material, text, and software are owned by WAYOND or licensed to us. You may not:
- Reproduce
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Record or rebroadcast
- Upload to other platforms
- Share paid content publicly
Violation may result in legal action.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer tools or algorithms
- Share private community content externally
- Harass users or guests
- Impersonate others
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use bots or scraping tools
10. Third-Party Services & Links
Our platforms may reference brokers, payment providers, partners, or external services. We:
- Do not control third-party services
- Are not responsible for their actions
- Do not guarantee partner performance
Your interaction with third parties is at your own risk.
11. Platform Availability
We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

- Permanent data storage
Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strad Arkmond L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Platform downtime
- Third-party failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the previous 30 days.
